Overview

This project was a nationwide non-profit initiative dedicated to supporting the career transitions and social vitality of the middle-aged and senior population. I oversaw the entire lifecycle of program planning and execution across 30 cultural spaces, ensuring that the content resonated with the needs of the beneficiaries.

By managing 776 sessions with operational excellence, I surpassed the initial participation goal by 14%, reaching a total of 8,828 individuals. This success highlights my expertise in managing large-scale public interest projects while maintaining high engagement and resource efficiency.
